By accessing or using PropAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PropAI is an AI-powered proposal generation tool for freelancers. We provide tools to draft, edit, and export client proposals. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the accuracy or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use the Service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Free accounts are limited to 3 proposals per calendar month. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $15 USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. We offer a 7-day refund policy for new Pro subscribers — contact us within 7 days of your first charge.
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of the proposals you create. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not share your proposals with third parties. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by PropAI is provided as a draft for your review and editing. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending it to clients. PropAI does not guarantee that generated proposals will result in successful client engagements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
