1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use PropAI:

• Account info: Email address and password (hashed) when you register
• Proposal content: Project descriptions, client names, and generated proposals you create
• Usage data: Number of proposals generated, plan type, and timestamps
• Payment info: Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy — we do not store card details

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To process your proposals through the OpenAI API (your content is sent to OpenAI for generation)
• To manage your subscription and billing
• To send you transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)

3. AI Processing

Your proposal inputs are sent to OpenAI's API to generate content. OpenAI's data usage policies apply. We do not use your content to train our own models. We recommend not including highly sensitive personal information in project descriptions.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us.

5. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication
• OpenAI — AI text generation
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and deployment

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at support@tasksetly.com. We will respond within 30 days.
